Insurance policies for mental health services can be confusing and challenging to navigate at times. Each policy is unique and some may utilize a third party or have a different plan/coverage selected for mental health services. This may mean a special coinsurance, deductible, referral, or pre-authorization is required.

Our office does all we can to help lessen the stress of this complex process.  Our support staff is proficient in billing processes. We verify your insurance eligibility, benefits, estimated coinsurance, deductibles, and submit charges to your insurer. However, it is important that you stay informed, so we always recommend that you contact your insurance company directly regarding any specific questions about your coverage and responsibilities.
Ultimately, all financial responsibility for charges incurred for services provided in our office are the guarantors.
